Green Beans with Tarragon-Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, cooked, optionally cooled
- 3 T olive oil
- 1-1/2 T white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 t tarragon, chopped
Instructions
- Whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and tarragon. Season to taste.
- Toss the beans in the dressing.
- Plate and serve.
